An agent places the order at the counter — the warehouse sees it instantly, the driver gets a trip, the director sees revenue. No Excel exports and no “what's our stock?” calls.
One data loop instead of five spreadsheets that never match.
Visit plans, GPS check-in and check-out with geofencing, photo reports, road-based route optimization.
Collect orders for delivery or sell straight from the van: the invoice and stock write-off are created on the spot.
Trips, loading documents, driver acceptance, shipment and partial returns, cash collection.
Stock by warehouse and van, batches with expiry dates and FEFO write-offs, transfers, stock audits.
Revenue, plan vs. actual, active customer base coverage, visit effectiveness. Reports in Excel.
In a store basement or out of town the app keeps working: data is stored locally and syncs when there's a connection.
The agent checks in by GPS and places an order or sells from the van.
The operator groups orders into a trip, the warehouse prepares loading by batch.
The driver accepts the van, delivers invoices to outlets and hands in the cash.
Numbers go straight to dashboards: plan vs. actual, revenue, active base coverage.
Permissions are set by role: drivers don't see purchase prices, agents don't see others' routes.

Yes. Visits, orders, van sales and shipments are saved to a local database on the phone and sent to the server when there's a connection. The agent doesn't depend on signal in a store basement or out of town.
No. We deploy and maintain the NEXTRA server — you get access to the web panel and the mobile app and start working right away. Each company's data is isolated; backups and updates are on us.
With pre-sell the agent collects the order and delivery brings the goods on a separate trip. With van-sell the agent sells straight from the van: the invoice is issued on the spot and the van's stock is written off immediately.
We migrate clients, products and stock at the start. The Enterprise plan includes ongoing 1C integration and an external API for two-way exchange.
Yes, access to sections is configured by role: director, head of sales, supervisor, pre-sell and van-sell agent, driver, forwarder, warehouse. The permission matrix is edited in settings, no developer needed.
We'll load your price list and a couple of routes — in the demo you'll see your own distribution, not an abstract example.
Leave your number — we'll call back during business hours and answer your questions about implementation.
